May I quote what a prophet in The Book of Mormon named Alma (Alma-Chapter 34 verse 27):

"Yea, and when you do not cry unto the Lord, let your hearts be full, drawn out in prayer unto him continually for your welfare, and also for the welfare of those who are around you."

How can this be done?

A modern prophet suggested an example how we can do this. He said while we are at work or in any place, doing anything or nothing, instead of thinking about our wife or husband saying in our heart, "how is my beloved at this very moment" there is a better way of doing this which translates to a prayer. We can turn to God and ask, " My Father in heaven, how is my wife at this very moment?" We may add other voice of concern and at the same time faith by saying further, "Pease keep her/safe and may Thou protect her from the fiery darts of the adversary." One may add as much as he finds inspired to communicate with the Deity.

This is true to everyone of our children. As we do this each day and night, we shall be "continually drawn out in prayer" in all places and in any circumstance.

One of the sublimest moments in our lives is when our hearts and mind are in direct communication with our Father in heaven. It is a right and privilege no one can forbid or take away from us.
