Kaya salamat ng marami na ako'y muling bumati sa
inyong lahat ng napakagandang bati...
isabay ko pa sa napakagandang sikat ng araw...

Vegetables, sariwang kangkong, bayabas at iba pang gulay.
Kangkong sa Canada? yes at sariwa pa, meron ding talbos ng kamote.

Sinigang na ribs, ginamit ko yong kalamasi powder..bai ay super asim aba ay masarap...diet is cancelled that evening.

BBQ my favorite ..Korean BBQ style


Mga gulay uli at marinated BBQ....Mmmmmm uli


Steamed Fish-turbot yata yon ay masarap maitim ang kutis
pero hindi janitor fish hani...wala dito noon.
pinahigang isda...papaano ba yon sasabihin?
..yong manok puwedeng pinaupo e yong isda ay aywan...kayo na lang ang mag-isip at
talagang hindi ko maisip kung papaano pauupuin ay

I really enjoying my cooking and always have time to help my wife with
her cooking, ito po yong listahan ng ginawa namin for t he week.
Lunes ay Beef ribs adobo...alam natin lahat kung papaano lutuin ang adodo.
Martes ay Spaghetti
Miyerkules ay sinigang na Beef ribs sa kalamansi....Mmmmm mmmm
Huebes ay Steamed fish-
Biyernes ay hindi kami nagluto....
Swiss Shalet - a dinner date and we really enjoyed that evening....
