Dear Kababayans,
From December 26, 2004 to January 2, 2005, Paetenians from all over the world will go home to our hometown of Paete, Laguna to participate in the BalikPaete 2004 Homecoming. Part of the week-long agenda is the "Paskuhan 2004: Gift Giving Ceremony" that will take place in the afternoon of January
1, 2005 at the Town Plaza. Representatives of the various Paetenians International Chapters will continue their annual tradition of distributing Christmas presents to the most needy of our kababayans back
home.
If we can imagine the bright shiny faces of the recipients of Paskuhan 2004, that is pleasure enough to know that even if we are thousands of miles away, our hearts are right there in Paete. Moments like these, so they say, are priceless. To us, the donors, it is an opportunity of a lifetime.
In this connection, we are appealing to your generosity in ensuring the success of this event by sharing a little of what you are fortunate to have with those who have not been that lucky. Any amount that you can afford, no matter how small, will help.
