Camp Site Fees:
- For those bringing tents
US$ 50 (Can$75) per site for the two nights. Bring your own tent . We have booked
45 sites initially at the Glen Campground (click here for a map location).
The fee covers two adults and unlimited number of children (under 18 years of age).
If you have more than two adults in your site, the third and subsequent adults will
require an additional fee of US$10 (Can$15) each. One car is allowed to
be parked on each site. If you have more than one car, you can park in the public parking
lots within the campsite at no extra cost. You can have as many persons in your site but
each site is allowed only two tents and a dining tent, or one trailer/R.V., one tent and a
dining tent. If you require help in getting a tent, please send an e-mail
to Rey Carolino at rcarolino@paete.org. The
campsite fee entitles you to a Camper's Courtesy card that will give you the following:
free use of the swimming pool and hot tub (except the WavePool and water slides), free
admission to daily camp acitivities, Chippers Playhouse, free club rental at the driving
range, and a discount for other camp recreation facilities.
- For those renting trailers
We strongly recommend that you book a tent not just for economy but more importantly so
that you can camp right where the action is, side-by-side with your friends.
However, if you prefer the convenience of a trailer on site, there are 9 trailers
available during the period. Trailers are equipped with stove, fridge, and kitchen
sink for preparing meals. A firepit is also located on site, as well as a deck and picnic
table. They are equipped with toilet, sink and shower. Trailer rentals includues the
Camper's Courtesy Card given to tentholders plus two WaterPark passes for each
night that you are booked- each waterpark pass provides 1 person with unlimited use of the
wavepool, 6 waterslides, regular swimming pool and hot tubs for one full day.Cost of
trailer rentals are as follows:

Reservation Fee:
A reservation fee of US$10 (Can$15) per site must be paid when
you reserve your site. This fee is non-refundable.
Food Cost - KKB on Friday lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast and
lunch. FREE on Saturday (breakfast, lunch and
dinner) courtesy of the members of the PI Canada chapter-- as agreed during the PI Canada
Chapter meeting on March 19, 2000

The Deposit will be refunded if you cancel the reservation on or before
July 7, 2000. The reservation fee is non-refundable.

OUTSIDE ACCOMMODATION
If you will join us in the Camping 2000 Activities but prefer to book an
hotel/motel/inn outside the Campground, a USD10.00 (Can $15.00)
Administration Fee per family applies. You will still be able to avail of all the
Recreational Facilities inside the Campground (eg, swimming pool, golf range, wave pool,
batting cage, etc) but you will not be able to take advantage of the discounted prices
that registered campers are entitled to. You will pay for the full ticketed prices of
those recreational facilities. The deadline for the remittance of the Administration
Fee is June 14, 2000.
You will have to arrange for your own bookings and reservations with the
